· Support basic networking and connectivity issues
· Actively contribute to system improvements, automation, and IT initiatives, working with the IT Manager from idea through to implementation
· Identify recurring issues and inefficiencies, suggesting practical process improvements to reduce repeat incidents and improve user experience
· Support and maintain access to business-critical systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, reporting platforms), escalating complex issues and assisting with root-cause investigation

· Interest in developing deeper technical knowledge (infrastructure, systems, or data) with support and mentorship from the IT team
· Ability to think proactively and take initiative in resolving issues and improving systems
· Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in a busy, multi-site environment
· Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
· Full UK driving licence, with the ability to travel between sites when required
Desirable (but not essential)
· Previous experience in an IT support role is desirable; however, candidates with a strong interest in IT and a willingness to learn will also be considered

· Experience with virtual environments
· Exposure to ERP/CRM systems
· Understanding of cybersecurity basics
· Exposure to or interest in basic SQL
· Exposure to or interest in web systems, analytics, or business data
Progression & Development
· Clear development pathway from day-to-day support into ownership of defined systems and services
· Exposure to infrastructure, virtual environments, and business-critical platforms, with opportunities to take on more complex escalations over time
· Opportunity to grow into a trusted technical resource within the IT team, contributing to standards, automation, and continuous improvement
What We Offer
· Competitive salary based on experience
· Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
· Supportive team culture with opportunities to progress
· Pension scheme and additional benefits
· Exposure to a wide range of systems including ERP, CRM, and business data platforms
