Cass County Medical Care is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist for inpatient and outpatient care. Send your resume online or call Jen Bata in HR for more information. We look forward to meeting you.
*Duties include:*
* Evaluate and treat patients
* Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients improve their daily lining skills and achieve their goals
* Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' motor skill, coordination and independence
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to insure comprehensive patient care
* Educate patients, their families and caregivers on strategies for managing their conditions and maximizing their functional abilities
* Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely
*Requirements*:
* Bachelor's, master's or doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
* Valid state licensure to practice in the state of Michigan
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
* Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professional boundaries
