Your Responsibilities- First-Level SAP EWM Support: You act as the primary contact for operational employees regarding SAP EWM-related questions and issues, ensuring smooth daily operations within the customer's system.
- Interface Between Operations, IT, and Customer: By connecting operational teams, customer key users, and the customer's IT department, you ensure clear communication, structured issue handling, and efficient collaboration.
- User Training & Knowledge Transfer: You conduct trainings, short learning sessions, and onboarding activities, explaining new functionalities and process changes in a clear, practical, and user-friendly way.
- Process Stability & Continuous Improvement: Supporting system rollouts, changes, testing activities, and updates, you actively contribute to stable processes and continuous operational improvement.
- Structured Issue & Ticket Management: More complex system topics are documented, structured, and forwarded to the appropriate contacts, while you maintain transparency and follow-up on progress.
Your Profile
- Logistics & System Experience: You bring hands-on experience from warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments and ideally have worked with SAP EWM, or as a Key User, Super User, or power user of ERP or warehouse management systems.
- IT & Process Understanding: A solid basic understanding of IT processes, ticket handling, and system-supported workflows enables you to act confidently in daily operations.
- Language Skills: English is mandatory, as you will work in an international environment. German language skills are a plus.
- Working Style & Ownership: You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and independent manner and are motivated to take responsibility within an operational environment.
- Communication & Team Mindset: You enjoy working with people, can explain complex topics clearly, and value teamwork, reliability, and continuous learning.
