Location: Friendswood, TX (SE Houston) Pay: $25/hr+ DOE
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Supervisor to oversee quality control on our
concrete flatwork projects
in Southeast Houston. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work meets project specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Perform quality control inspections for concrete flatwork, including rebar placement, concrete PSI, mix verification, and material checks. Prepare and maintain Non Conformance Report forms and detailed reports for project inspectors. Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with the construction team and project inspectors. Identify potential issues early and implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards. Requirements: 58 years of QA/QC experience in concrete flatwork. Strong knowledge of rebar, concrete PSI, mix design, and material quality checks. Experience preparing NCR forms and reporting to inspectors. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
