Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering product information with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously.
