We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Kitchen Manager to join our team in a fun and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional food, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This position is perfect for individuals who have a passion for the food industry and are looking to grow their management skills in a casual dining or fast paced environment.
*Duties*
* Assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Support food preparation processes while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
* Ability to run every station. To prepare and cook menu items according standard in a fast and accurate manner.
* Train, supervise, and mentor staff to enhance their skills in food management.
* Monitor inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks to ensure adequate supplies are available.
* Placing orders in a timely and accurate manner
* Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
* Collaborate with the General manager to implement strategies for improving operational efficiency.
*Experience*
* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the food service industry is preferred.
* Familiarity with casual dining or quick service dining is a must.
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
* Proven skills in cash handling and financial transactions.
* Experience in staff training and development to foster a cohesive team environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
