À propos

Who We Are Claritas Rx is a venture-backed digital health startup that brings clarity to the challenges of specialty biopharmaceutical products in the marketplace. In today’s highly complex specialty networks, our mission is to illuminate the patient experience beyond the clinical trial. Claritas Rx leverages a proprietary technology platform and deep manufacturer expertise to automate and integrate channel, commercial, and clinical data and help biopharmaceutical companies generate actionable business insights. Our work uncovers the real-world variables impacting patient access, duration of therapy, and other metrics key to commercial success, making a real impact on patient healthcare.
We're hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Management Apps team. You'll report to the Software Engineering Manager and work across the entire stack, building APIs and services on the backend while shipping polished, user-facing features on the frontend. This isn't a backend role with occasional frontend work or vice-versa. You'll partner with Product Management, Architects, and engineers across teams to ship features that give biotech and pharmaceutical companies actionable clinical and business insights. TypeScript across the entire codebase Backend:
NestJS, TypeORM, PostgreSQL, AWS DynamoDB, Zod Frontend:
React 19, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, TanStack Query, Zustand, React Hook Form Infrastructure:

Build and iterate on user-facing features in our React/TypeScript frontend, turning wireframes and product requirements into production UI. Own features end-to-end: from understanding the problem with Product, through implementation on both sides of the stack, to production observability. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and maintainable software by implementing comprehensive automated testing across the full stack (frontend, backend, and integration layers) Work within our AWS infrastructure and make informed decisions about service boundaries and cloud-native patterns. You care about system health, not just shipping. 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, building web based, multi-tenant, commercial applications ~ Strong engineering skills across the full stack in TypeScript. You've built and operated production-grade services and shipped production-grade UIs that real users depend on. ~ Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), including schema design, query optimization, and migrations. ~ Proven ability to build effective UI in a modern React/TypeScript codebase. AWS experience building and deploying cloud-native applications. Ability to navigate and debug across multiple layers of the stack (UI, services, databases, ETL pipelines) ~ You've shipped SaaS products and understand what it means to operate software, not just deploy it. ~ Experience with infrastructure-as-code (AWS CDK, Tofu, Terraform, etc.). Experience leveraging AI tools like Claude to accelerate development workflows, automate repetitive engineering tasks, or integrate LLM capabilities into product features. For employees within a reasonable driving distance of each other, we host regional town hall gatherings approximately every other month. In addition to our great environment, we offer a salary of between $140,000 and $160,000
and benefits package and the opportunity to make a significant impact on a first-in-industry digital health solution. Claritas Rx embraces diversity, equality, and transparency. We are committed to building a team that comprises a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and talents. Join us and discover what it feels like to be part of an environment that rewards ingenuity, risk taking and smart work. All legitimate opportunities are posted first on our official website.
