Data Analyst

Full-Time / Part-Time What You'll Do: Analyze and interpret complex healthcare and operational datasets Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and performance reports Monitor and evaluate KPIs across departments and service lines Identify data trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support data needs Prepare clear and concise data presentations for leadership and stakeholders Maintain data quality, consistency, and security across all platforms Assist in building predictive models and forecasting reports as needed What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills Strong communication skills able to translate data into plain language Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities independently Prior experience in healthcare or medical data is highly preferred What We Offer: Competitive salary commensurate with experience Health, dental & vision benefits Paid time off & paid holidays Remote work flexibility Ongoing professional development and training Clear career growth path within ADF Medical Services Powered by JazzHR
