Essential Functions: Be an out-of-the-box thinker who is passionate about brainstorming innovative ways to use our unique data to answer business problems Communicate with clients to understand the challenges they face and convince them with data Extract and understand data to form an opinion on how to best help our clients and derive relevant insights Develop visualizations to make your complex analyses accessible to a broad audience Find opportunities to craft products out of analyses that are suitable for multiple clients Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging Visa data to drive business solutions. Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product, marketing techniques and business strategies for Visa and its clients Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets. Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, data insights, advertising targeting and other business outcomes. Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD )
Preferred Qualifications: 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative discipline 2+ years of relevant industry experience in Data Science, Applied Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with handson experience leveraging bigdata technologies for largescale data processing Experience using BI and datavisualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to build dashboards, conduct exploratory analysis, and communicate insights to business stakeholders Deep experience designing, building, and optimizing largescale data pipelines, including ingestion, transformation, aggregation, feature engineering, and performance tuning with cost optimization in Hive and Spark, as well as developing reusable analytical tools used across teams Handson experience building, validating, and deploying machinelearning models at scale (e.g., risk, fraud, authorization, customer behavior, or network analytics) Knowledge of causal inference and experimentation, including A/B testing, DifferenceinDifferences, and uplift modeling Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, translating complex analytical results into clear, actionable insights and influencing senior leaders across business teams Additional Information

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 137,400.00 to 212,500.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
