Competitive Remuneration Package: £120,000-£130,000

Flexible Hybrid Working Arrangement: 3 days a week in our London office

Embark on an exciting journey as part of a dynamic team of Data Scientists, working collaboratively to develop and deploy high-impact machine learning models that drive commercial value within our Lending environment.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team of 3 skilled Data Scientists
• Cultivate strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving core Data Science initiatives that deliver commercial value
• Contribute to projects across credit modelling, lending, and pricing
• Collaborate closely with our Engineering team

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Required

• Possess an MSc or PhD in a STEM-related field
• Seeking candidates from a Lending/Credit background with experience in Data Science
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and proficient in data analysis and interpretation
• Excellent communication skills with proven experience working with stakeholders
• Previous management and Data Science strategy experience
