Job Title: Architectural Technologist – Contract (6 Months)

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the retail park, commercial, and industrial sectors.

This role offers a hybrid working model, providing flexibility while working on high-profile projects.

The Role Includes:

• Producing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages using MicroStation.
• Working closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet regulations and client requirements.
• Assisting with planning applications, building regulations, and technical detailing.
• Conducting site visits and liaising with contractors to address design or construction challenges.
• Ensuring designs align with industry standards and best practices in the commercial and industrial sectors.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist, ideally within the retail park, commercial, or industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in MicroStation is essential.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, technical detailing, and construction processes.
• Ability to manage workloads efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
