Role Overview In this role, you will serve as the on-shore Tech Lead, managing application development capacity in close coordination with an off-shore team based in India. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical delivery of a specific backlog within a complex enterprise environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience.
Expertise in Application Architecture and Integration Architecture.
Strong proficiency in .NET.
Proven experience with Agile and Scrum (CSP or CSPO certifications preferred).
Familiarity with DevOps technologies (e.g., Jenkins, SonarQube, Git, Docker).
Experience with Database Schema Management (e.g., DB Deploy, Flyway).
Technology Stack
Front end: Angular with TypeScript.
Middleware services: .NET Core.
Database: SQL Server.
Hosting platform: Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
APIs: SOAP & REST APIs.
Project management: Rally (Epic/Feature management).
Environment: Windows PCs, VS Code / Visual Studio Enterprise.
Logistics
Location:
Cincinnati (Candidates must be able to work onsite 2–3 days per week).
Long-term contract.
