Sr Manager CRM Solution Design Job Description: We are searching for a Salesforce Senior Operations Manager. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service functions. In this role, you will bridge strategic vision and hands‑on execution, guiding solution design, enablement and ensuring successful implementation of CRM capabilities aligned with business goals. You will partner closely with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to define requirements, design scalable solutions, support adoption, and drive continuous enhancement of the Salesforce platform.
This is a Hybrid role based in our Atlanta office three days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CRM/Salesforce experts, fostering quality, consistency, and professional growth.
Support workforce planning, task allocation, and performance oversight for the team.
Promote cross‑team collaboration among business stakeholders, developers, administrators, and project managers.
Design Salesforce solutions that align with business processes, follow best practices, and adhere to enterprise standards.
Oversee solution configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment in partnership with technical teams.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of global playbooks, business standards, templates, and methodologies.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce governance, data policies, and design principles across delivered solutions.
Assist in establishing processes that support consistent and scalable solution design across the organization.
Work with project managers to contribute to project plans, timelines, estimates, and resource needs.
Monitor platform usage and performance to identify enhancements, optimizations, and opportunities for automation.
Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership as required.
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to align expectations and ensure solution success.
Keep abreast of Salesforce innovations, releases, and industry trends to inform future design recommendations.
Requirements
5+ years of experience leading Salesforce teams, including people management and delivery ownership.
Strong technical proficiency with Salesforce combined with solid operational business acumen.
Previous experience in a sales or revenue‑facing role, with a strong understanding of sales processes and go‑to‑market workflows.
Proven leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior and executive‑level leaders.
High degree of ownership and accountability focused on action and results.
