Responsibilities
Analyze mission and program data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
Generate dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support leadership decision‑making.
Work with data engineers to define data requirements and improve data quality.
Support AI readiness activities by assessing dataset completeness, usability, and patterns.
Translate complex findings into clear, mission‑relevant insights.
Conduct baseline and post‑implementation analysis to measure improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
1+ year(s) of data analytics or quantitative analysis experience.
Strong proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Ability to analyze large datasets using SQL or scripting languages (Python preferred).
Strong communication and storytelling skills.
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with AI solution rollouts or cloud modernization efforts.
Familiarity with federal or regulated environments.
Knowledge of data governance or metadata management.

Salary range: $122,000 – $160,000 USD. SMX salary determination takes into account a number of factors including geographic location, prior work experience, and specific skills.
