CERENEO PREVENTION is an innovative healthcare, hotel, and restaurant concept located in Vitznau, Switzerland, nestled in the breathtaking landscape of Lake Lucerne at the foot of Mount Rigi. This unique facility will open in 2026 and focuses on personalized preventive medicine. It offers exceptional experiences designed to improve lifestyle habits and optimize brain health.

Using state-of-the-art diagnostics and innovative technologies, we work together with our guests to develop personalized prevention programs that help them sustainably improve habits in nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and recovery, thereby minimizing the risk of neurological and cardiovascular diseases.

  • Shift work without split shifts: production and delivery of breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of innovative, health-promoting menus
  • Professional leadership of a designated station according to supervisor guidelines
  • Participation in and contribution to daily kitchen briefings
  • Ensuring and monitoring compliance with internal operational standards
  • Shared responsibility for goods receiving, quality control, storage, and mise en place
  • Maintaining clean and hygienic working practices in accordance with regulations

  • Completed vocational training as a chef
  • At least two years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Strong interest in healthy, balanced, and sustainable nutrition

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and conscious use of resources
