You will arm our sales teams with the technical firepower they need—from lightning‑fast time studies to articulating the high‑level ROI of CAD/CAM software—to ensure customers understand the "Phillips Advantage." You’ll be a laser‑focused problem solver who thrives on the road, traveling to customer sites to lead run‑offs and overcome any obstacle in your path. Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $90,000.00 and $120,000.00 annually plus bonus opportunities. Expert‑level proficiency in CAD modeling and CAM programming, including complex multi‑axis workflows and digital manufacturing integration
High‑level experience in Haas controls and Mastercam 5‑axis or Mill: Turn machining strategies, simulation, and optimization
Ability to configure, test, validate, and deploy post processors across multiple machine platforms
Expertise in machine simulation, stock verification, probing systems, and virtual commissioning environments
Advanced use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data tools for technical documentation, training content, time studies, and executive‑level presentations
Ability to travel 75% of the time or more via airline throughout the United States
Due to customer requirements, candidates must be a US citizen to be considered
