Provide leadership and technical direction for complex IT projects involving enterprise-scale system architectures, cloud migrations, algorithm optimization, and artificial intelligence/machine learning integration. Lead cross-functional teams of software engineers, data scientists, system architects, and security specialists through full project lifecycles from requirements definition through deployment, ensuring adherence to Agile/DevSecOps methodologies. Manage the expectations of senior-level customers and ensure the delivery of quality products and services; lead the examination of project successes and failures and develop solutions to improve products and services. Lead all aspects of contract management and oversight to include leading competitions and contract renewal from beginning to end; work closely with mission customers, organizational management, and the Contracting Officer (CO).
