Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 + Incentive Structure

Join a robust multidisciplinary team with an experienced nephrologist and make a real impact on patients’ lives! Hoskinson Health and Wellness Clinic is seeking a Nephrology NP with at least 1 year of experience to provide comprehensive care for adults with kidney disease and related conditions.

???? The Role
You’ll work alongside an experienced nephrologist and a multidisciplinary team, managing chronic kidney disease, hypertension, diabetes, and other related conditions. You’ll focus on high-quality patient care, education, and prevention while enjoying a balanced schedule and strong support system.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP)
• Minimum 1 year NP experience, preferably in nephrology or internal medicine
• Passion for collaborative care and patient-centered outcomes
