Deliver metrics, trends, and analytic solutions across HR support and services Act as an analytics consultant performing quantitative and qualitative analyses on employee lifecycle data Develop and maintain analytics products, managing the product portfolio and identifying opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and eight years of experience in data analytics Three years of experience with HR data analysis or comparable data analysis experience Three years of experience in queries, ETL, report development, and analytics product creation One year of experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx Experience in identifying and addressing client needs in analytics discussions
