Required Qualifications
6-8+ years of experience in strategy, program management, operations, or quality systems Experience with large-scale process or platform launches focusing on accuracy and governance Strong intuition for signal quality, including understanding false positives and calibration tradeoffs Ability to partner effectively with ML and Engineering teams Hands-on experience with AI QA systems or related technologies is a strong plus
