Define and implement end-to-end plans to address organizational opportunities and drive change Develop scalable processes for managing multiple UX projects and ensure effective communication with stakeholders Identify and reconcile connections between different product offerings and facilitate transparency across the design program
Required Qualifications
10+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in a design team within mid/large size companies Experience managing large projects with cross-functional teams Proven ability to deliver solutions while overcoming obstacles Familiarity with software tools for project organization, metric tracking, and progress reporting Demonstrated ability to educate peers and advocate for design value
