• Contracted salary (40 hours per week)

As a Gym Manager, you will have a varied role with responsibilities that span from financial management to people development. Your focus will include:

• Driving gym performance by setting actionable improvement plans and ensuring a safe, legal environment.
• Creating a positive and motivating work atmosphere.
• Building a highly engaged team of Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches, understanding their motivations, and coaching them for career growth.
• Recruiting new talent and proactively seeking Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches.
• Delivering an exceptional member experience through a constant focus on service and standards.
• Managing and enhancing the Group Exercise offerings within the gym.

You will report to a Cluster Manager and collaborate with a talented team of Gym Managers and fitness professionals. Together, you will create an exceptional member experience and maintain first-class standards. Your leadership will help foster a great place to work and work out for both your team and gym members.

• Previous management experience and a passion for fitness and well-being.

• A passion for helping people reach their full potential.
• Comfort with managing budgets, financial reporting, and inventory.
• A desire to do the right thing, with resilience, confidence, and integrity.
• A Level 2 qualification in gym instructing and experience teaching group exercise.
