CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company , is a rapidly growing provider of occupational health services with over 50 locations nationwide . We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled PA or NP to join our team.

Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Schedule & Pay:

• Schedule: 4 x 10 hours/day, Tuesday - Friday.
• Pay Range: $170,000 - $180,000 / year

What You’ll Do:

• Perform minor surgical and therapeutic procedures , including suturing, injections, immunizations, burn care, and foreign body removal (subcutaneous and ocular).
• Provide occupational health services , including DOT exams and treatment of workers' compensation injuries .
• Conduct pre-employment physicals and other job-related medical evaluations.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system .
• Serve as a clinical leader , ensuring high-quality patient care.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in occupational medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care .
• Ability to work independently while leading and supporting a healthcare team.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in a fast-track setting. Occupational Health experience is a plus.
• Excellent bedside manner and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong clinical judgement skills with a high level of autonomy and independent decision-making ability.
• Efficient, high-quality in-person assessment and documentation is required.

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program .
• Active PA or NP license in California.
• Current DEA license .
• BCLS (CPR/AED) or ACLS certification .

Additional Requirements (Manager to Complete):

This position also requires a 1:4 Call Schedule. Call time is scheduled as 5 pm - 7 am, Monday-Friday and 5 pm Friday - 7am Monday.
