Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner at Abrahams Mark Comprehensive Wellness Center on Chicago's South Side. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating common acute and chronic medical conditions, prescribing medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge and experience in primary care and family medicine
• Ability to perform physical exams and interpret lab results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical decision-making abilities
• Current Nurse Practitioner license and certification in the state of Illinois
• Minimum of Master's degree in Nursing
• 3+ years of Experience
• Own source of RELIABLE transportation
