Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles Proven experience developing scalable, cloud-based applications, preferably using Microsoft technologies Strong leadership skills with a successful track record in mentoring team members Technical expertise in software development lifecycle and database fundamentals
