Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2-3 years of experience in IT or healthcare operations, including relevant coursework or internships Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint High School Diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience IT certifications may be required, with specific certifications needed within 6 months of employment
