A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to develop deep learning models for TCR-pMHC specificity prediction. Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, train, and iterate on deep learning models for TCR-pMHC specificity prediction Utilize scalable training infrastructure for large-scale model development and experimentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure models are robust and aligned with product goals
Required Qualifications
PhD in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Machine Learning, Computational Biology, Computer Science) + 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience Progressive experience in developing and deploying deep learning methods Strong hands-on experience in Python and modern ML tooling (PyTorch preferred) Experience working with large datasets and high-performance computing environments Ability to independently define and execute complex technical research problems
