A company is looking for an IT Systems Administrator I to manage and support its IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot IT systems, including endpoints, identity platforms, and SaaS applications Configure and manage VPN solutions to ensure secure remote access for employees Administer and customize Jira, Google Workspace, and Okta for identity and access management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 4 years of experience in IT systems administration or a related role Hands-on experience with Jira, Google Workspace, and Okta administration Experience with Jamf Pro for macOS device management Basic scripting or automation experience is a plus
