A company is looking for a Principal Machine Learning Scientist to lead the development of deep learning models for TCR-pMHC specificity prediction. Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and train novel deep learning architectures for TCR-pMHC specificity prediction Extend and adapt advances in protein language models and structure prediction to the immune receptor setting Partner with various teams to ensure models are capable, scalable, and aligned with therapeutic and diagnostic goals
Required Qualifications
PhD in a quantitative discipline plus 12 years of experience in machine learning or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Progressive experience in the development and deployment of deep learning methods Demonstrated track record of innovating machine learning solutions to biological problems Deep expertise in Python and modern ML tooling, preferably PyTorch Exceptional depth in deep learning architecture design and implementation
