As a Systems & Data Analyst, youll help our teams get the right information at the right time, support them in using our systems confidently, and champion improvements that make everyday tasks easier and smarter. "Its an opportunity to join our new Systems and Business Improvement Team, focused on proactive change and reducing manual processes for our operational teams while improving the customer experience. We support data capture, system maintenance, and continuous improvement across our workstreams, reporting, and data visualisation. Following a discovery phase reviewing our technical architecture and ways of working, were beginning a major business transformation for our Housing and Assets teams. We need someone who can quickly integrate, act as the bridge between business needs and technical configuration and help implement newly designed processes. We also aim to become a more data driven organisation, making greater use of Power BI and dashboards.
