This role offers strong surgical volume, a diverse patient population, and significant growth potential.
Compensation & Benefits- $325,000+ base + incentives

- Balanced clinic and OR time
- Perform cataract surgery
- Manage comprehensive ophthalmic care
- Educate patients on treatment options
- Collaborate with care team
- Board Certified/Eligible Ophthalmologist
- Active or eligible NY license
- Fluency in Korean or Chinese required
- Strong cataract surgical skills
- Experience with premium IOLs
- Strong communication skills
- Cultural competency in patient care
