We are seeking a London MarketBusiness Analyst Specialistto join the Office of the UK CIO and lead the BA capability for Specialty technology delivery. You will be the domain expert across the full Specialty placement lifecycle, shaping delivery-ready requirements for placing platforms, claims, premium and fiduciary systems, regulatorysubmissionsand delegated authority workflows. You will use AI-augmented tools as part of everyday practice to accelerate gap analysis, draft user stories, map complex dependencies and ensure nothing enters delivery without a clear Definition of Ready. This is a high-impact role where your London Market experience, technicalrigourand ability to translate business intent into executable scope will directly improve delivery outcomes. We will count on you to: Own the Definition of Ready for work entering sprints and projects-ensure requirements are unambiguous, acceptance criteria agreed, dependenciesidentifiedand "done" is explicit before delivery starts.
Use AI-assisted drafting,sensecheckingand stresstesting to generate first-draft user stories, acceptancecriteriaand gap analyses rapidly and reliably.
Translate business intent into delivery-ready scope across the full Specialty value stream, including Lloyds-specific workflows, ACORD and MRC messaging patterns, placing platform integrations and regulatory submission requirements.
