About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers—helping them with inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is empathetic, patient, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
Support administrative and follow-up tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
