Project Manager

Townmore is expanding its leadership team and is currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a flagship construction project in Dublin.

This is a senior, hands‑on role for a driven professional who can confidently manage complex projects from early planning through to final handover, ensuring programme, commercial, quality, and safety targets are consistently achieved.

You will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of large‑scale projects across residential, commercial, education, and life sciences sectors. Working closely with our in‑house teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients, you will lead from the front and set the standard for project delivery.

• Lead project delivery from pre‑construction through to completion and client sign‑off
  
• Manage programme, procurement strategies, and resource planning
  
• Control project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
  
• Act as the principal point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
  
• Ensure full compliance with all statutory requirements and Townmore Health & Safety standards
  
• Drive a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  
• Oversee inspections, audits, and all required project documentation

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
  
• Minimum 5 years’ senior project management experience in Ireland or the UK
  
• Strong commercial and contract administration expertise
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
  
• Experience using project management software such as MS Project, Procore or similar
  
• Valid xcfaprz Safe Pass and relevant site certifications
