My client provide a fast-growing business platform that supports insurance teams with across a range of their services. They work with niche companies, handling complex transactions and are on an exciting growth trajectory, and are looking for a Business Analyst to spearhead their high-impact projects.

This role sits within their Systems and Data team, you will collaborate with internal teams and MGA clients to ensure well-designed, maintainable, and governed solutions. Your analytical expertise and industry knowledge will drive opportunity assessments and effective project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.

Extract, analyze, and interpret data to create insightful reports and dashboards.

Conduct process analysis, design workflows, and produce key documentation.

Assess business opportunities, conduct feasibility analyses, and evaluate potential solutions.

Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate communication, and support project delivery.

Skills & Experience:

5+ years of Business Analysis experience in the insurance industry.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
