This is a great opportunity to use and expand your IT skills in a corporate environment. We offer a flexible schedule (10 hours/week) during the academic school year with the possibility of increased hours during breaks and summer vacations. What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot and install integrated hardware and software Provide end-user PC support and maintenance of associate and agent computers Assist the IT staff in support of our Windows based networks and applications Process general service desk incidents and requests Assist with project work as assigned Qualifications
Pursuing a degree in Information Technology. Excellent PC support skills Experience setting and/or reformatting computers Experience with Word, Excel and Windows developed applications Familiarity with software such as Access, SQL, Server and VMWare Knowledge of Microsoft environment with Windows 10/11 clients Good communication skills, verbal and written Ability to relate to and be approachable by all associates
