As a Gym Manager, you will take on a dynamic role that encompasses everything from financial management to team development. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Driving gym performance by focusing on details, setting action plans for improvement, and ensuring a safe and legal environment.
• Creating a positive and motivating work atmosphere.
• Building a highly engaged team of Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches, understanding their motivations, and coaching them for career growth.
• Recruiting new talent and proactively seeking Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches.
• Delivering an exceptional member experience through a constant focus on service and standards.
• Managing and enhancing the Group Exercise offerings within the gym.

Reporting to a Cluster Manager, you will collaborate with a talented team of Gym Managers and fitness professionals, all dedicated to creating an exceptional member experience. You will play a crucial role in fostering a great workplace and workout environment for both your team and gym members. Building strong relationships with other Gym Managers in your cluster will be essential for enhancing performance across the area.

• Previous management experience with a passion for fitness and well-being.

• A genuine desire to support others in reaching their full potential.
• Comfort with managing budgets, financial reporting, and inventory.
• A strong sense of integrity, resilience, and confidence in driving results.
• A Level 2 qualification in gym instructing and experience in teaching group exercise.
