As an Assistant Gym Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing member experiences and developing your team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering an exceptional member experience alongside the Gym Manager, focusing on service and standards.
• Supporting the Gym Manager in attracting new members through outreach and community events.
• Leading a team of Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Gym Instructors, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
• Providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff.
• Managing and improving the Group Exercise (GEX) offerings within the gym.

You will be instrumental in creating a fantastic workplace and workout environment for both your team and gym members. Your leadership will ensure high-quality service delivery and contribute to the growth and retention of our membership base.

• A Level 2 qualification in gym instructing, along with experience in teaching group exercise.
