Position: Nursery Manager
Contract: Fixed Term – 12 months
Hours: 42 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS across the nursery.
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
- Facilitate inspections by regulatory bodies and act on recommendations.
- Promote a key person approach to foster secure attachments for children.
- Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's developmental stages.
- Encourage a culture of self-evaluation and reflective practice.
- Address complaints or concerns promptly and inform senior management.
- Maintain accurate records related to children and staff on the EyMan system.
- Engage in nursery marketing activities to promote our services.
- Foster positive relationships with your team through an approachable demeanor.

Requirements:- Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification.
- Essential: Over 1 year of experience in Early Years.
- Essential: Strong knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and regulatory requirements.
- Essential: Over 1 year of management experience.
- Desirable: Level 5 qualification in Childcare and/or Management and Leadership.
- Desirable: Experience of successfully passing an Ofsted inspection at a Good or Outstanding level.
