Position Title: Fulfillment Associate

Realtime Media (RTM) is looking for a Fulfilment Associate with strong initiative, planning, and communication skills with moderate experience in inventory management, fulfillment and customer support. This role, reporting to the Senior Fulfillment Manager, would execute the day-to-day operations of prize intake, fulfillment, and mail management across client projects and in-flight initiatives.

This is an in-person role with a required commitment of 5 days per week reporting to RTMs main office/warehouse in West Norriton, PA.

Core Responsibilities:

• Inventory intake, cataloging and management
• Inbound mail collection, sorting, counting, data entry, and reporting
• Prize kitting, packing, and fulfillment of physical and digital prizes to promotion winners
• Coordination of prize trips between winners and RTMs travel agent
• Customer support escalation assistance for prize-related email tickets

Education:

• High-school graduate or GRE required, 2- or 4-year college degree preferred

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of fulfillment center, inventory management, and/or logistics/admin experience required
• Strong understanding of order management and distribution is required
• Ability to prioritize your workload across many projects is required
• Strong written customer service skills required
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Experience in Customer Service is a plus
• Quantitative and analytical skills. Ability to summarize and drawn analyses in succinct manner
• Strong skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Basic operational knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM
• Willingness to learn and seek mentorship
• Team player with a positive attitude
