Sales & Client Services Specialist

Jeannie Cleaning | Full-Time | Monday-Friday

We are looking for a new team member whose role is to attract, sell, and retain recurring clients by delivering an exceptional customer experience, from the very first call to ongoing relationship management. This role blends warm sales, client retention, scheduling support, and heartfelt communication to support our MVP Team of technicians and keep our clients delighted.

Position Details

  • Title: Sales & Client Services Specialist

  • Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer

  • Hours: Part-Time/Full-Time 25-40, Monday-Friday, varies between 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM based on needs of the business

  • Earning Potential: $20 hour + performance bonus

  • In office role and must live within 30 minutes of the office

  • Start Date: April 15, 2026 - May 1, 2026

Core Responsibilities

Sales & New Client Growth

  • Handle warm inbound leads - no cold calling

  • Answer phone calls live and respond to emails within 24 business hours

  • Identify and filter our Ideal Client Profile

  • Create new client home estimates

  • Manage and maintain the full sales funnel

  • Participate in local community events and networking opportunities

Client Retention & Relationship Management

  • Build lasting relationships with clients through consistent, warm, professional communication

  • Proactively reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns

  • Assist in reducing client attrition to less than 2.5%

  • Turn every interaction into a positive, memorable experience

Daily Schedule Management Support

  • Weekly support for managing and optimizing daily cleaning schedules as needed

  • Adopt and utilize our software to monitor bookings, adjustments, and team assignments

  • Communicate schedule changes clearly and promptly with clients and staff

Client Communication

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for new clients and leads

  • Communicate professionally and warmly via phone, email, and text

  • Maintain competitive pricing awareness and communicate value effectively

  • Support community marketing initiatives and referral program outreach

Reporting & Operations

  • Track and report all Sales KPIs

  • Flexible and available to support opening or closing the office as needed

  • Assist with other office duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must speak English

  • 21 years of age or older

  • 2 years of sales experience preferred

  • 2 years of customer service experience

  • Excellent computer skills: Email, texting, Microsoft style applications, Google Browser

  • Professional communication

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
