The Role: We are seeking a curious and self-motivated
Analyst
to join our Consumer Insights & Analytics group. In this proactive role, you will support insights work across our North American brands by maintaining core consumer and retail landscape reporting. You will serve as a vital business partner, consolidating key data points to support the quarterly earnings process and delivering reliable analytical support to the broader team. Beyond data entry, you will be a lead investigator—identifying trends, building automated dashboards, and performing rigorous quality checks to ensure our performance insights are flawless. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can synthesize information from multiple external sources to help tell the story of our business performance to key stakeholders. Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Statistics, or a similar analytical field. 0–3 years of experience in an analytical role, demonstrating strong foundational skills in data management and problem-solving. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage complex data pulls and maintain high levels of accuracy. Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred: Experience with PowerBi or similar data visualization tools to enhance automated workflows and reporting. Demonstrated ability to ideate and implement process improvements that increase team efficiency. Strong communication skills with a knack for creating compelling visual stories from raw data.
