Key Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects aligned with business strategies and goals.
Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding of project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Monitor project progress, manage changes in scope, and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed for resolution.
Facilitate requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results‑driven environment.
Prepare and present regular project status reports and updates to management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Champion continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3+ years of project management experience, preferably managing IT projects with business impact.
Strong understanding of both technology and business processes.
Proven experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business analysis.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid organizational and analytical abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are a plus.

Travel Requirement
Ability to travel domestic and international if applicable.
Physical Requirements and Work Conditions
Mobility & Posture: May require occasional sitting, standing, walking, climbing, reaching, bending, or stooping.
Lifting/Carrying: May require lifting and carrying items 50 pounds or more, depending on the role.
Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, grasping, and operating office or job‑specific equipment.
Driving: Some roles may require the ability to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods and maintain a valid driver’s license.
