Job Summary Outside Sales Representative selling
STOP‑FYRE ® Fire Extinguisher directly to farmers in agricultural areas nationwide. Earn a 100% commission with weekly performance bonuses. Base earning expectation is a $90,816 annual commission with top performers earning over $200,000.
Responsibilities
Drive farm‑to‑farm to sell
STOP‑FYRE ® directly to farmers.
Maintain a protected territory and manage own schedule and income.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farm customers, ensuring product needs are met.
Participate in weekly performance bonus programs to increase earnings.
Qualifications
Years of sales experience, preferably in an outside, direct‑to‑consumer environment.
Strong competitive drive and a desire to win.
Connection to the agricultural community (farm background, farm experience, or regular business with farmers).
Background in construction, excavation, or related industries is a plus.
Entrepreneurial, independent, self‑motivated, and business‑mindset.
Commitment to helping others; history of service such as firefighter, law enforcement, military, or EMT is valued.
Performers, willing to learn, ambitious, independent, passionate, and trustworthy.
