HOURLY RATE: $19.29
FULL OR PART-TIME HOURS:
- Full Time: Average 4-5 shifts/week
- Part Time: Average 1-3 shifts/week
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
The Repair Shop Technician provides ski and snowboard tuning and repairs to our day and overnight guests.
- Able to explain technical terms in a manner that the guest will understand.
- Conduct the following repairs, (under supervision), to both guest and rental equipment: sidewall repairs, edge repairs, installation of bindings, top sheet repairs and general tune ups.
- Make recommendations to guests for additional services based on their equipment and/or snow conditions.
- Tune and repair the rental fleet to the schedule directed by the Supervisor or Coordinator.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Physically fit and able to lift 40lbs.
- Basic knowledge of ski/board construction and binding design and function.
- Must achieve 80% or higher on multiple binding manufacturer exams.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays including, Christmas Break, Family Day Weekend and March Break.
