Summary:
Data Analysts will work directly with Purchasing Managers, Sales Team, and Vendors to manage pricing matrices, customer pricing agreements, and vendor cost files. This position is not directly customer facing but requires strong communication skills for internal communication with the team and communication with vendors with regards to pricing and purchasing information. Data Analysts will be expected to master our proprietary Custom Report Writer system to compile information and interpret results into useable data to increase profit margins and boost efficiency in capturing more business.
Reports to: PC Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite with a specific focus on Excel.
1 year of customer service experience.
Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiar and comfortable with SQL.
Multi-tasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast paced environment revolving around the Southwest Renewables Market.
Organized and Professional.
Ability to work in a team to accomplish common goals.
Working Conditions:
Working conditions will be standard to an office environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No
Essential Job Functions:
Compile internal data into a report and interpret information into useable data to increase profit and efficiency.
Maintain matrices for general and customer specific pricing.
Collaborate with Sales and Operations team to boost internal efficiency.

Compensation Range:
The compensation range for this position is $20 to $25 hourly.
