As Service Manager, you are the heart of our fine-dining restaurants Martin Göschel (1 Michelin star, 18 GaultMillau points) and Monti (15 GaultMillau points), as well as the Swiss Stübli during the winter season.
As a strong leadership personality with organizational talent, you ensure the smooth operation of the restaurants. You lead by example, inspire your team, and are present—for your guests and with your team.
Operations & Guest Service

Ensuring smooth daily operations in the Martin Göschel and Monti restaurants with active presence in service

Responsibility for mise en place, product quality, and careful handling of service equipment

Active guest care—you serve personally and exemplify the highest service quality

Training, supporting, and motivating the team according to our standards

Professional and solution-oriented handling of guest feedback

Close collaboration with housekeeping and kitchen for smooth processes

Promotion of in-depth product knowledge within the team
Planning & Administration

Creating duty schedules and managing work hours via Mirus

Monitoring daily cash closings, card payments, and daily accounts

Ensuring compliance with internal standards (LQA, AMS) and hygiene regulations (HACCP)

- Degree from a recognized Swiss hotel management school
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in fine dining
- Fluent German and English; French and Italian are an asset
- Strong presence in the restaurant with a genuine passion for top-class guest service
- Strong leadership skills and excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Personal integrity combined with a proactive and solution-oriented work approach
- High quality awareness, attention to detail, and clear team orientation
