Responsibilities
- Managing inbound client requests with professionalism and urgency
- De-escalating complex or frustrated customer situations
- Reviewing policies, identifying gaps, and solving problemsnot passing them off
- Delivering clear, confident communication (phone, text, email)
- Supporting retention by building trust and long-term relationships
- Documenting all client interactions accurately and consistently
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Prior insurance agency experience (Allstate, State Farm, or similar preferred)
- In-office availability in Bossier City, LA
