Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member.

Assist clients with policy inquiries and general information.

Process policy changes and endorsements accurately.

Handle customer requests and resolve issues in a friendly, efficient manner.

Maintain client records and update information in the agency management system.

Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Support staff and clients with workers' compensation audits.

Create acord applications and update renewal applications when needed.

Collect underwriting materials from the client, as requested by the insurance carrier.


Requirements
  • Licensed CA property and casualty agent.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A positive and helpful attitude.
  • Experience working with the Applied Systems Agency Manager (TAM).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
