$454,000 Base Salary + RVU Production Model (after guarantee). $59.30/wRVU Conversion Factor + Up to $17,500 in Annual Quality Incentives. $45,000 Sign-On Bonus. 36 Clinical Hours + 4 Admin Hours per Week. 7 Weeks PTO. Option for Full-Time or Part-Time. Practice includes 6 newly renovated exam rooms and 2 full procedure rooms. Hospital Employee . Strong support from full-time Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon. Services include: Biopsies, excisions, photodynamic therapy, liquid nitrogen treatments, patch testing (coming soon), and cosmetic dermatology options. Top-ranked public & private schools in a family-friendly environment. Just 2.5 hours to Boston or NYC. No Call. Loan Forgiveness available. Relocation Bonus available. CME time and $4,500 available.
